Strict No Refund Policy
At Raxicube Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality online training experiences. However, please note that we do not entertain any requests for cancellations or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
No Rescheduling
Once a participant is enrolled in a course, rescheduling is not permitted. Participants are advised to confirm their availability before enrolling in any program.
Copyright Violation
Any misuse of our training content, including but not limited to sharing access credentials, recording sessions, or redistributing course materials, will result in immediate termination of access without any refund, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Force Majeure
Raxicube Technologies reserves the right to postpone or cancel any session due to events beyond our control (e.g., instructor illness, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic situations, etc.). In such cases, alternate arrangements may be made, but refunds will not be provided.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy will be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Raxicube Technologies. The arbitration will be conducted in Bangalore (Karnataka), and the award shall be final and binding on all parties. All legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore (Karnataka), India.
